Property Info

The Properties window in FirePro links all your information about each property record together in an easy-to-use format.  Everything from legal information, owner, occupant and contact info, pre-plans, hazardous materials records, inspection history to past incidents and more is linked to the property record.

The following features are included with the Properties Module:

Pre-Plans » Choose from an NFPA 1620 or Customized pre-plan format for each property.  Create your own pre-plan with up to 18 different sections.  Both Pre-Plan formats have a visual warning that appears if a special alert is set up.

Fire Permits » Record all fire permits issued to the property with this simple, customizable feature.

Hazardous Materials » Hazardous materials, guide numbers and locations can be recorded with this feature. An optional "add-on" to FirePro 2 is an electronic version of the complete Canutec HAZMAT guides, which may be printed or viewed as required.  The Hazmat feature also includes a visual warning that hazardous materials are present.

Letters » Store any number of correspondences and follow-up notes for each property.

Pictures » Provides immediate access to stored floor plans and photographs to visually assist firefighters.

Chronology » Attach dated notes to property record, with author automatically identified.
